When I last updated this page and said it would be slow-growing, I didn't know just how slow. And when I said it would be a good year for us, I must have been tempting fate. Since February I have been in hospital four times, with some major illnesses and the complications caused by them. I am now on the ment, but it will take a long time. Thus this page will be even more slow-growing than was expected.

6th January, Kings Day in Spain, 12th Night elsewhere. I finally persuaded my wife to take down the Christmas decorations and cards. Its supposed to be unlucky to leave them up after today, and we don't need any bad luck this year

I'm not a great one for Christmas any more. Its for kids and young families and for people who enjoy all the hustle and bustle that goes with the season. But my wife said I had to decorate this site and wish you all the best for the season. So I have.
A study of my lifelong hobby - postage stamps and related things, but with some random comments about the stamps, or life, along the way. I will get some photos in as well.
All the important text will be in size 4 font (14 pt) to make it easy for people like me with deteriorating vision.
Some pages are still under construction, but this is a slow changing site. If you like what you’ve seen so far, then add me to your favourites NOW before you forget.
